I believe in making your fitness journey as transparent and accessible as possible. Programs and pricing are designed with your goals in mind. There are multiple custom options for different budgets to ensure you are on your way to a healthier, more confident you!

  • VIRTUAL TRAINING
    Virtual training includes a customized program that is done through an app that can be downloaded on your phone. I can customize these programs to be done anywhere, so you can workout in a gym or in the comfort of your home with whatever equipment you have available. The app includes video demonstrations and allows form checks, tracking, feedback, and direct communication with me. This option will include a weekly written check in, a monthly video check in, nutritional guidance, and daily support.

    IN PERSON (Title Boxing Club)
    This is a one-on-one session with me located at Title Boxing Club in North Austin. This allows access to free weights and boxing equipment. You do not have to be a member of the gym to choose this option.

    IN PERSON (remote location)
    This is a one-on-one session with me located at any other location. This can include a different gym (as long as I have appropriate access), an outdoor location, or in the comfort of your own home. I travel with all the equipment needed to make sure you get a great workout, so you don’t need to have any equipment to start!

    In-Person (remote location) - $125+/HR
