My overall experience with trainer, LeeAnne Brown has been remarkable. She creates an active learning atmosphere. She listens to her clients and asks the right questions in a way that builds trust. Her classes and personal training sessions have been consistent as well as organized . Her training is focused and strategic on giving me a return on my investment. What makes LeeAnne exceptional? I would have to say it is her heart and her ability to inspire her clients, her engagement and encouragement with my fitness goals, motivates me to push beyond what I think is possible. LeeAnne is a great listener who actively seeks to not only improve the fitness of her clients but who also seeks to improve her own health and fitness. Looking back now a year later I remember the day that was the turning point in my fitness journey. Let’s just say I wasn’t having a good day “to say the least” LeeAnne push me to failure the entire class without knowing or so I thought. I left that day, thinking “Hell fire what am I doing, if I was to die or didn’t show back up would they even notice?” it’s crazy how our own thoughts and mind can lead us to self destruction . On my drive home that day from the class that “just about killed me”😂 I received a text message from LeeAnne asking “ if everything was OK that I didn’t seem like my usual self today in class?”. That text without a doubt change the course of my fitness journey. The progress I have made from that day has been remarkable and life-changing. I’ll have to do the work, but it has been LeeAnne who has inspired me and supported me on my journey. She also instilled in me that believe that I haven’t come this far to only get this far!

When I started with LeeAnne, I didn’t have much experience outside of cardio sports. She first helped me identify my fitness goals and measure my capability. This detailed approach allowed me to understand my unique fitness journey, realize my potential, and become comfortable in an environment I once thought to be intimidating.
LeeAnne possesses a deep understanding of individual needs and abilities. She takes the time to listen to my fitness aspirations, my concerns, my limitations, and will incorporate them into a meticulously tailored workout. This ability ensures that I am constantly challenged yet comfortable during each session.
She consistently describes the purpose of each exercise, the muscle groups being targeted, and the correct form to maintain. The enhanced understanding that comes from her education and experience allows me to feel more knowledgeable throughout our training sessions. As a result of her direct instruction, I am able to confidently push myself.
Thanks to her guidance, I have not only achieved visible physical results but have also developed a deep appreciation and respect for the fitness journey. LeeAnne has an innate ability to motivate and inspire, pushing me to go beyond the limits I had once set for myself and realize new potential. Over a year I have reimagined my own capability and readjusted goals I had set for myself. Training with LeeAnne has been a transformative experience I will be forever grateful for.

After enjoying few Title boxing classes with LeeAnne, I decided to approach her for personal training purposes. I was hesitant as I thought I would be worst candidate to work with considering the fact that I was nearly on wrong side of age, a neurodivergent person who represents autism spectrum as well as LGBTQ, have nerve and muscle injuries to shop and arms limiting strength and functional movements, past ankle injuries causing balance concerns and had lofty goals for my endurance sport dreams of mountaineering and ultra distance running. I was surprised when LeeAnne welcomed me and provided a safe space to be myself. What I’ve gotten in return since working with her for past few months now is improved base fitness for endurance, clear progress on my strength and functional ability with my shoulders and more confidence in my ankles with improved balance. My trust in my ability and strength has grown remarkably. What’s best though is how we got here. After learning about my body and aspirations, LeeAnne was able to create perfect plan for my needs and my style of learning. It was progressive in nature building from one session to next so I could see myself improving incrementally. Her emphasis on right form and explanations on which body parts, muscles, movements are to be engaged which helped create mind to muscles connection for me to understand and internalize. LeeAnne has been my guide in helping overcome challenges & limitations to keep me focused and believing in myself to reach for my dreams. I am so grateful and appreciative. I wholeheartedly endorse LeeAnne!!!

I started doing a virtual workout with LeeAnne starting in July of last year 2023. I was going on a summer trip to the beach in August. I wanted more confidence wearing a bathing suit and was only planning on working out for only a month. She put together a schedule for me. I was able to workout on my time being that it’s virtual. And only 3 days a week. It could be more if I wanted. But 3 days is enough. We can message each other through the site. If I have any questions, she responds very quickly. She also has YouTube videos with each workout to show how to do it. She will adjust the weight and rep if I have a problem or if it’s too much for me. Recently I’ve hurt my shoulder and she gave me some stretches I could do to help. The program is so convenient and LeeAnne is very knowledgeable in her programs. That one month workout has now turned into 8 months. I’m noticing my body change. My shape, strength, flexibility and energy are all improving. This is the best decision I have made for myself.
