Get to know me:
For most of my life I thought fitness was determined by how skinny someone was and how much cardio they could do. I was convinced lifting was strictly for men and that running or only doing high intensity workouts would get me where I wanted to be. Since I still wasn’t getting the body I wanted, I got into a constant cycle of disordered eating. I would restrict myself so heavily (cutting out basically everything but lettuce) then binge eat because I was not fueling my body.
In my mid-20s I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, which is an autoimmune disorder that causes my body to attack my thyroid. My doctor recommended changes to diet and exercise to help manage the symptoms. I started working out more consistently and tracking my food. This fueled my disordered habits, and I got so obsessive that I would get anxiety if I wasn’t able to perfectly measure out every ingredient in my meals. I told myself I was doing it in the name of “health.”
It wasn’t until I got the opportunity to work around personal trainers and boxers, that I started learning what fitness and health really looked like – fueling your body properly, structured work outs including resistance training, and most importantly, a positive mindset about myself and my fitness journey. At that point I found a level of confidence I had not experienced yet, and a love for the process. I even began amateur boxing in my 30s!
My mission is to help my clients feel strong, healthy, and confident in themselves. I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed at the beginning, and I want to be a resource for anyone who is struggling to find a place to start. I offer both virtual and in-person training to make it convenient for you to achieve your goals! Because I am a huge advocate that mental health directly affects physical health, I give my clients support beyond the workouts too. I want you to feel comfortable and strongly supported in your journey.
Let’s start today and get you on your way to your best self!

This name is important to me for many reasons. The capital letters in my name spell out lamb, so I’ve been lovingly called this by my family for my whole life. When I started amateur boxing I realized that I had a fighter inside of me that I didn’t know existed before. I decided that even though I spent my entire life as a quiet lamb, I had the courage, strength, and power to become a lion. Now I want to help others do the same.
